I am Angela Kelly, Program Director for Greater Boston Addiction Center and Behavioral Health. I completed my undergrad at Framingham state university and graduate school at William James college with Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and on my way to my LMHC by 2026. I have continued my training in the meantime from PESI on trauma informed approach to better serve the community. I got into the field after seeing the toll that addiction and mental health had on my family. My favorite part of the job is helping people achieve a level of success they didn’t believe possible when they started.
Max Schade
Director of Operations
Max Schade plays a vital role to our team here at GBAC as Director of Operations, as an alumni of our program from the very beginning through growing within the company. After struggling with substances he found his solution through GBAC and is one of our shining stars. He brings a personable demeanor to his interactions with the people he helps at the program. After his own experiences, he wanted to give back and get into the recovery field himself. He enjoys snowboarding in the winter months and is a lover of all animals, especially his two cats. Max attributes a lot of his successes within his own recovery to the community he built while in the program and a commitment and dedication to learning and personal health and wellness. He is a self made success story, teaching himself about the newest tech mods and programs to operate more efficiently.

Gabby Brown is the heart of our team as our Admissions Coordinator. She is the person who meets and welcomes each one of our clients before they join the program. Gabby brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to her work in the recovery field. Her long-term sobriety has been a driving force in her passion for helping others find their own path to healing. As a dedicated mom of two, she understands the importance of empathy, patience, and balance. She is deeply committed to personal growth and believes that ongoing self-care and inner work are key to living a meaningful and fulfilling life. Gabby studied psychology at Roger Williams University and loves to travel. Her favorite destination is Sydney Australia.
Celina Gaines
Clinical Supervisor
My name is Celina Gaines, and I currently serve as the Clinical Supervisor at GBAC/GBBH. I am on the path to licensure, specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Flash Trauma Processing, a specialized approach within EMDR. With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have gained valuable insights through roles in mobile crisis intervention, as well as within the legal and prison systems, before joining GBAC/GBBH in 2021. My passion for this field stems from helping individuals become the best versions of themselves, offering the guidance, support, and tools necessary for personal growth. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Magen Labrecque
Admissions
Meg is an Admissions Coordinator, working with individuals seeking treatment for mental health and substance use. She helps assess clients’ needs, coordinates treatment options, manages client attendance, and facilitates groups, including her favorite, the 12-Step Immersion. With 2 years of experience in the field, a BA in Strategic Communication, and a minor in Journalism, Meg combines professional expertise with lived experience in recovery. She understands the courage it takes to ask for help and is committed to guiding clients through the process with compassion and support. Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time with friends, attending AA meetings, and connecting with her sponsor. She stays grounded through self-improvement, meditation, and service to others, all of which help her maintain her sobriety.
Amanda Maccaline
Primary Therapist
Amanda is one of our Primary Therapists at GBAC/GBBH. She is currently studying Psychology and Sociology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is pursuing her LMHC while taking courses at Regis College. Previously, she worked as a counselor in a substance use program within the Massachusetts Department of Corrections and has engaged in social psychology research. Her passion for the field stemmed from the positive impact her brother’s therapist had on him and her family. She has a strong interest in various psychological approaches and is dedicated to continuous learning. Her research interests focus on social psychology, particularly the effects of global conflict and conflict resolution on individuals. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and dogs, and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and socializing with friends and family.
Theresa Lepore

Theresa Lepore is a Primary Therapist at GBAC/GBBH and a proud Quincy native. She holds a BS in Psychology from UMass Boston and is currently pursuing her MSW at Simmons University. Theresa brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her role, having found recovery from substance use and mental health challenges through therapy and the 12 Steps.
Deeply passionate about the mental health field, Theresa is committed to giving back the support she once received. She is known for her warm, positive presence and her ability to build strong, meaningful connections with clients both in and out of group settings. Outside of work, Theresa enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her 4-year-old son.
Brianna Thistle

Briana Thistle is one of our shining stars at the program as a Case Manager at Greater Boston Behavioral Health.Briana grew up in the Greater Boston area and is currently majoring in forensic psychology from Mass Bay Community College. She has worked in the human services field for 5 years, helping a diverse community of different people. She is passionate about my work because enjoys assisting the community with the opportunity to grow, learn about themselves, and heal individually. Briana is a very active fitness enthusiast and enjoys traveling around and creating new and exciting life experiences.
Micheal Dingers

With over a decade of experience in non-profit management, Michael is dedicated to providing compassionate support at GBAC/GBBH. His commitment to helping others is matched by his passion for creativity and history—he enjoys antiques, jewelry design, and period dramas. When he’s not working or crafting, you might find him spending time with alpacas, appreciating their gentle nature. Michael brings warmth, expertise, and a keen eye for detail to everything he does.
Lori Skorohod
Primary Therapist, LADC
Lori is a primary therapist who has been working in the field of addiction for over 10 years. Lori got into the field of addiction after finding her strength in her own recovery. Lori brings a unique approach of mindfulness, alternative healing and yoga to her work with clients and is a strong advocate for self advocacy and self exploration. Through mindfulness based approaches and treating the whole person Lori guides her clients in finding their voice, battling their inner critic and being the change they wish to see. Beyond her work as a therapist Lori is a yoga teacher, lover of nature, mentor, mother and wife. It is through her darkness that Lori found her light and does her best to be the example for her clients along their journey towards change.

Paul Stazesky
Primary Therapist
Let us introduce you to Paul Stazesky, one of our primary therapists at Greater Boston Addiction Centers. Paul joins our team with 19 years experience in human services helping those battling addiction. Prior to getting into the treatment field, Paul taught US history. He received a Bachelor of Arts in US history from the University of Delaware, graduating summa cum laude and also a Masters from Cambridge College in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on substance abuse disorders. Paul has been in recovery himself from alcohol and substances for more than 2 decades. Having personally battled addiction himself, Paul brings his own experiences and actual education to his approach in this work. He notes his recovery being the bedrock on which own life has grown and flourished. He is a proud father of two children who he loves to spend time with when he is at home. When Paul isn’t spending time with his children or busy at work, he likes visiting historical battle sites and location around the country or playing some kind of music and singing. Paul is definitely an asset to our expanding family here at GBAC!
Jade Eary

Let us introduce you to Jade Eary, one of our amazing Group Facilitators. Jade joined Greater Boston Addiction Centers in February as an intern while completing schooling at Bristol Community College to achieve her LDAC. She brings her education in the field, combined with first hand, actual battles with addiction herself. Having over 6 years free of drugs and alcohol, Jade knows the troubles of overcoming substance abuse first hand. Utilizing various forms of recovery including attending Buddhist temple and yoga for her sobriety, she provides a dynamic approach to the clinical atmosphere for our clients at GBAC. Jade is a hard worker, juggling being a full-time mom with one on the way, being a newly wed, and taking care of her 2 dachshunds, and still makes time to finish her degree and help out at GBAC. We are lucky to have her with us!!
Theresa Styffe
Primary Therapist
Help us welcome Theresa Styffe to Greater Boston Addictions Clinical Team!! A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Terry came to GBAC after working in the addiction treatment and community outreach field for the past four years. She is passionate about ending the stigma of addiction after seeing the struggles people close to her had to endure growing up. Terry brings an interesting and important perspective to her approach to recovery, by having had a birds eye view of how addiction can affect a family. In her free time she is busy spending time with family and friends and looking after her two dogs. GBAC is blessed to have this amazing addition to our growing family!

Angela joins our clinical staff at Greater Boston Addiction Centers as one of our Primary Therapists. After seeing the effects drug and alcohol abuse had on people she loved while growing up Angela decided to get into human services herself. Angela received her Bachelors in Psychology from Framingham State and is currently on her way to an LMHC from William James College in 2023. Angela prides herself in being able to help families, the same way hers was assisted through recovery programs. Growing up in a big family, Angela loves to spend time with her loved ones, laughing, or doing something active. We are so happy to have her on our side!
Amber Yanakopulos
Case Manager
Amber Yanakopulos is the star Greater Boston Addiction Centers Case Management team. Amber completed our program in 2021 and built a beautiful life for herself as a strong woman in recovery. Amber attributes the 12 step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and the sense of community she built at GBAC to her success in her own sobriety Before getting into the field, she received a Bachelors in Exercise Health Science and her Associates in Liberal Arts from Mercer County out of New Jersey. She is currently enrolled at UMass Boston to get her LADC. While putting herself through school, Amber was a personal care attendant and worked in the service industry, so she has always been devoted to the care of others. Outside of work she is a fitness enthusiast, frequently running and working out. There is no one who works as harder for our clients as Amber and we are blessed to have her!
Amber Yanakopulos

Austin Clemmey is GBAC’s very own alumni from the very beginning, at almost two years sober and we couldn’t be more proud of her. She helps the community at GBAC as a Group Facilitator. Austin personally struggled with drugs and alcohol throughout her teenage years, but through the 12 steps process was able to turn her life around . She a fierce advocate for the LGBTQ+ as a proud trans woman in recovery and is a shining example of how beautiful life can become. She promotes healing through artistic creativity and self acceptance, while having a sense of humor and not taking herself too seriously. Austin brings a modern, new age approach mixed with old school Alcoholics Anonymous principle to her approach with the clients. We are very excited about having Austin with us at Greater Boston Addiction Centers.
Sean Leary
Client Care Coordinator
Sean Leary is one of our hardest working Client Care Coordinators at GBAC. After graduating from Ithaca College in 2014 for TV Production and working in that industry for six and a half years, he realized he had a serious drinking problem and checked himself into rehab in April of 2020. He has been gratefully sober ever since. Now he wants to help other addicts & alcoholics and pass on the message. For fun, he likes to sing/ produce music and watch stand-up comedy. His favorite comedians are Bill Burr, Norm MacDonald, Bobby Lee, and Theo Von. His sense of humor and friendly attitude are his greatest attributes when helping the clients find their own way in this program.
Katerina Caulfield

Meet Katerina Caulfield, Greater Boston Addiction Centers Owner and Executive Director. Katerina is a brilliant woman, mother, and wife in addition to a successful business woman. As a Newton native, Katerina grew up in this community in a Greek-American household. In her late teens, early twenties she struggled and battled with addiction and experienced first hand the ins and outs of the recovery community. As a woman with long term recovery, Katerina had an idea during the lockdown of 2020 and with the help of her husband was able to bring her dream into fruition of opening a one of a kind substance abuse treatment center. In 2021, her dreams came full circle as Greater Boston Addiction Centers opened its doors and She became a mother to a beautiful baby boy. She brings hometown spirit, experience, and heart to this business. With a background in sales in the car business and in hair combined with years of exposure to treatment, she has a unique perspective and motivation to help men and women struggling with their own demons.

Donna Williams, M.Ed, CANS
Group Facilitator
Donna Williams is a group facilitator for the program at Greater Boston Addiction Centers and Behavioral Health. She has experience working with clients going through individual, relationship, and family issues as a clinical therapist and has provided therapeutic services to clients as young as 5 years old to individuals in adulthood. She bring a unique perspective and innovative techniques towards troubles clients, interpersonal relationship family and partner conflicts and professionals struggling with work-life balance. She completed her M.Ed from Cambridge College, continues to host workshops at MAP and other institutions to address Diversity in Mental Health Counseling to eliminate the stigma of therapy and promote mental health awareness in the community.
Daniel Reardon
Case Management
Dan Reardon is our Lead case manager at Greater Boston Addiction Centers and Behavioral Health. He is a dedicated professional with a deep commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of addiction and behavioral health. Drawing from profound personal and professional experiences I bring a unique perspective to work, fostering hope and healing for those in need. Prior to my current role, I served 17 years as a correctional officer for the sheriff’s department, gaining invaluable insight into the justice system and the challenges faced by individuals in difficult circumstances. These experiences, coupled with my own journey through trauma and struggles with alcohol, have instilled a profound empathy and unwavering drive to support
others on their path to recovery. Outside of work, I am a devoted husband and proud father of four children ages 21 to 6. Family time is a top priority, and I love being actively involved in my kids’ sports and activities. When not cheering from the sidelines, I enjoy unwinding on the golf course and cherishing moments with loved ones.
Combining life experience with professional expertise I hope to create a compassionate and understanding presence for those at the center. My story is a testament to resilience, growth, and the power of human connection.
Andry Almonte
Office Liaison
Andry found himself starting his recover journey at GBAC as a client in 2021, while finishing his master’s degree in Architecture at Wentworth. In 2024 he graduated from Wentworth with his Masters’ of Architecture. As a man in recovery, Andry thrives on the front lines with our community, listening to their concerns and being a source of guidance. This inspired Andry to continue working in recovery and found himself joining the Society Wellness Group after working with Greater Boston Addiction Centers as a case manager. He is a Dominican American and New Jersey native who is actively involved in helping the LGBTQ+ Community in recovery as well. Currently Andry hopes to someday use his Masters’ degree to evolve recovery centers that would better help clients heal in multi-use spaces designed for the healing of clients.
Celina Gaines
Primary Therapist
Please welcome Celina Gaines to our growing family as one of our primary therapists. She has been working in the mental health field for roughly four years. After obtaining her Master Degree in Forensic Psychology in 2019 from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Celina moved to Boston to work as a crisis clinician before transitioning over to the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department where she worked as a substance use counselor with the Medication Assisted Treatment Program. It was through this experience that Celina developed a deep passion for those working towards their recovery and believes that anyone can achieve and maintain long-term sobriety if they have the appropriate support network. Celina aims to be a strong advocate for her clients, providing them with the support and resources that they need throughout their recovery journey. We are proud and excited to have her help at Greater Boston Addiction Centers.
Matthew Cote
Primary Therapist
Matthew is an experienced mental health and addiction therapist who has been in the industry for seven years and work experience in three states to inspire and help others. Matthew’s journey began with his own struggles with trauma and addiction, which led him down a challenging path. Motivated by his experiences, he pursued an education in psychology and therapy, earning a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Matthew has dedicated his career to helping individuals who have faced similar battles with addiction and trauma. In his free time, Matthew is an avid alpine hiker, skier, and just someone who loves the outdoors. He serves as an inspiration to his clients and to the mental health community, showcasing how one’s own adversity can be a powerful tool for helping others heal and thrive.

From Quincy MA. Graduated with a BS in Psychology from UMass Boston, working towards my MSW from Simmons. I enjoy hiking, traveling, and playing with my 4 year old son. I am in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction and have had mental health struggles. Through therapy and the 12 steps, I have found recovery. I love to relieve stress with meditation. I have always been interested in the mental health field, as it is my pleasure to give away what was given to me in my lowest moments. I love to connect with clients in and out of the group, and can always be found with a smile and positive attitude!
