Greater Boston Behavioral Health is a progressive new mental health treatment center in Needham, MA. About 30 minutes west of downtown Boston, our behavioral health programs offer hope, resources, and mental health counseling to people struggling with psychological issues. No matter what mental health issue you’re struggling with at the moment, recovery is always an option. Our Greater Boston mental health treatment center offers programs for anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-based issues, and more. Sometimes moving forward starts with deciding you won’t stay where you are.
Our PHP program is best suited for those who need more intensive treatment than an outpatient program can offer but do not require 24-hour supervised care. This program typically runs for up to five hours a day, five days per week, and provides therapeutic support in a structured environment.
Our IOP program is a comprehensive treatment program ideal for those who require structured support but do not need 24-hour supervised care. Compared to the PHP program, our IOP program consists of fewer hours per week.
While our mental health treatment programs can be gender-specific, what’s particularly special is that they’re created with an LGBTQ+ friendly approach. Clients of any gender or orientation can feel safe and secure as they work to overcome and manage their mental health conditions at Greater Boston Behavioral Health.
Our mental health treatment programs for men and women 18+ include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. We offer assistance to people struggling with all types of mental health disorders. We also proudly offer an employee assistance program at our Needham, MA campus.
Our ACT program is an evidence-based approach that focuses on helping individuals identify their personal values and teaching them how to live according to these values.
Our CBT program is a structured approach to talk therapy that focuses on helping individuals identify and change negative thought patterns that can lead to distress.
Our anxiety and depression treatment programs focus on helping individuals manage their stress and learn how to cope with difficult emotions. We provide a range of evidence-based approaches to help our clients find relief from anxiety and depression.
